Our client pride themselves with their engineering expertise and development of temporary works. Due to natural growth, they are seeking an Assistant to the Finance Manager to overlook and manage day-to-day duties.
Working closely with the accounts team, you will work across tasks such as:
- Reading and correctly allocating invoices
- Diary & email management for the Finance Manager
- Workflow assistance across the accounts team
- Tender and Contracts Administration where required
- Document preparation
- Assisting with bank reconciliations, profit and losses
About You:
- 1-2 years' professional experience
- Open and willing to learn new systems
- Adaptable and flexible for different tasks
- Strong accounts knowledge and background
